Horizon BTSL Broadband Terminated Square Loop (Tuner not required)
The HORIZON Broad band loop has been designed so that a tuner isn't required on all Amateur bands from 160m to 10m. It has a total perimeter length of 82m, and can be configured in many ways. For near vertical Incidence skywave (NVIS) mount it as horizontal skyloop 6m above ground and you will put out a big signal on 80m.
However at lower radiation angles (below 45 degrees) on 7mhz to 30mhz, it breaks into directive beam lobes, mostly favouring the general direction of the resistor termination.
This antenna is rated for 600w SSB or 300w DIGITAL
Loop Wire is 2mm or 1.6mm G304 Stainless multi strand wire
